Wow, this must be the first time Australia has received anything ahead of anyone! Usually the sequel, prequel and cartoon series have been released before we even get a look in at the first book!
Just to make things worse, it is really good - very well written and so tightly plotted :-)
Well at US$29.65 for the book and about US$24 for postage from our far flung little isle it'd feel rather like you were getting ripped off especially when the hardback is available from amazon.co.uk for US$19 international postage included.
